Tri-State Area Curfew Times
If you’re serious about preventing alcohol and other drug abuse in Siouxland, know the curfew laws and enforce them in your home.
10:00 p.m. for minors under the age of 14
11:00 p.m. for minors ages 14 and 15
Midnight for minors ages 16 and 17
Curfew times include these areas:
- Sioux City, Iowa
- Woodbury County, Iowa
- Sergeant Bluff, Iowa
- South Sioux City, Nebraska
- Dakota County, Nebraska
- North Sioux City, South Dakota
Note: In certain situations, a minor shall not be considered in violation of the curfew ordinance.
